About Us 
Arttim is the website to promote the artwork of north east artist, Tim Dobson. Tim taught for 22 years before ill health forced him to retire. He works from his studio at home where he lives with wife Mel and son James..
and Lara his Golden Retriever.
The art Tim began painting as part of his therapy and soon found out how rewarding painting can be. He works in both watercolour and oils and tends to create impressions of north eastern landscapes. Tim has lived all his life in the north east of England and appreciates how lucky we are in this beautiful area of the world. People Visitors are welcome to look in on Tim at his studio where there is always a selection of original works and prints available for that special present.
